About Keith
Keith is a U.S. Army veteran with over 30 years of service. He joined the Army Reserve in 1981, completed Basic Combat Training at Fort Jackson, SC, and Combat Medic Training at Fort Sam Houston, TX. In 1982, he entered active duty and trained as an Infantryman at Fort Benning, GA.
His career included leadership roles across the 9th, 1st Armored, 4th, and 25th Infantry Divisions as an Anti-Armor Specialist, Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, First Sergeant, Drill Sergeant, Recruiter, and instructor. He finished his service as Senior Military Instructor in the ROTC program at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
Keith and his wife Charlene have been married 37 years. They met at Fort Carson, Colorado while serving and are proud parents of two and grandparents of five (with one on the way).
After retiring, Keith worked as a Warehouse/Plant Manager, Accountant, ROTC Scholarship Officer at UW-La Crosse, and Director of Military Aligned Students at Viterbo University. He holds a BS in Accounting from UW-La Crosse and an MBA from Viterbo.

As a husband, father, and grandfather I see the impact rising costs have on the family budget. I will prioritize lowering your tax bill to provide real relief for families, retirees, and those with kids in childcare to ensure you keep more of your hard-earned money.
Keep Our Communities Safe
Safe neighborhoods build strong communities. I will keep violent criminals off our streets, aggressively combat drug and human trafficking, and give law enforcement, fire, and EMS the resources they need to do their job.
Empower Parents and Put Kids First
Every child deserves a great education. I support improving transparency for parents so they can make the best decisions for their children. Quality education requires strong resources in the classroom and real accountability to ensure students learn and succeed.

Accountable government delivers better services, controls costs, and works more efficiently for you. That’s why I will work to eliminate fraud and waste, ensure every tax dollar is spent responsibly, and reduce unnecessary bureaucracy.
